Regarding Black Friday Shipping - please allow an extra 5 business days for your order to arrive. 

Purchased items will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of the order, although most will be within 1 business day. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (outside of Europe), and 3 days within The Netherlands. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify The Activewear Company info-mail (info@activewearcompany.com).

Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace link 
so you know exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered.

The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the Netherlands /Europe and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made.

Exchanges & Returns

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know if you would like a different size or a refund and we will send you a return label if necessary. No hurries! There is no time limit on returning items.

As soon as you have decided you would like to exchange or return, let us know. Follow the steps below.

1. Fill out the exchange/return form attached to your order. Don't have the exchange/return form anymore? Download it here.

2. Send us an email with your order number and your address. We will then send you an email with your return instructions and a return label.

3. Take your order to a PostNL pickup point and scan the barcode of the return label. Keep your Track & Trace code for future reference.
